Do you take a commission?+

No. One fixed monthly fee. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates — we never touch your money.

Do guests need to download an app?+

No. They point their phone camera at the QR code and your menu opens in the browser.

What if someone orders from a photo of a QR code?+

Make guests pay upfront, or have unpaid orders wait for a member of staff to approve them. You can also replace any table's QR code instantly.

What equipment do I need?+

A tablet or PC at the bar and in the kitchen, and the receipt printers you already use. We'll help you set them up to print automatically.

Can I use it for takeaway too?+

Yes — add collection and delivery ordering from the same menu with Takeaway Direct, our sister product. Both together are £99/month.

Is there a contract?+

No long contract — month to month with 30 days' notice.
